Creating Memories Children’s Learning Center, Inc. (CMCLC) is an innovative and energetic childcare center in the Frederick, Maryland area that offers high-quality care to our families. CMCLC prides itself in offering each child the chance to learn, be creative, and be independent while developing and growing on their learning journey.

CMCLC believes that fostering children takes time, patience, and a positive attitude. Children need to feel stable and comfortable in their everyday environment. CMCLC offers a warm, welcoming, nurturing, caring, and loving environment. Students are welcomed each morning with a smile, greeted throughout the day with laughter, and enjoy activities that promote academic success. Students engage and are more interactive when they area interested and enjoy what is being taught.

CMCLC offers childcare to infants – 12 years of age, Monday through Friday with a variety of programs that include full time and part time childcare. We structure our programs to be flexible and our teachers have built classrooms that are designed to promote learning, fun, and creativity based on the developmental needs, as well as the individual needs, of the various age groups.
